The dates of your stay coincide with a new and exciting event coming to Virginia Beach. Something In The Water Festival  is a 3 day sold out oceanfront music and entertainment event with 35,000 attendees per day.  In addition to this festival there are three other large events in the area over this weekend timeline.  

Parking and traffic are expected to be heavy, an advisory has been issued by the Festival organizers and City of Virginia Beach to stay parked once you arrive. The City of Virginia Beach has partnered with and recommends using the Waze app.  Be prepared for road and interstate closures and traffic diversions beginning on Friday April 26th through the duration of the weekend.  One parking space is available for each guest room at the Hotel, additional vehicles will need to be parked at a satellite location, the hotel does not offer shuttle service.

If you would like to avoid the anticipated Friday traffic delays and arrive on Thursday, the Front Office Team will be happy to add an early arrival date at the same rates of your current reservation by calling at 757-428-1711 and say “I would like to change my reservation dates with in house reservations”.

If your travel dates are flexible and you would prefer to visit Virginia Beach outside of the Festival dates our Front Office Team is prepared to offer you alternate dates at the same rates and terms of your current reservations based on available inventory through June 6, 2019.  If you would like to take advantage of this offer please contact the Front Office Team at 757-428-1711 and say “I would like to change my reservation dates with in house reservations”.
